ABOUT TRAIL YOGA
Trail Yoga is simply a combination of yoga poses that aim to open up the front line of the body (yup, the side of the body that is generally crunched over when we sit badly at our desks, watch TV, run, MTB, surf, etc), as well as work to strengthen the legs and core.
It's supposed to be complimentary to sport and help stretch out muscles, create space in the body and mind as well as work to connect your mind through the physical practice and breath. READ MORE HERE
